Buzz of Stars
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Who we are and how to contact us
Buzz of Stars publishes at buzzofstars.com. For privacy questions, corrections, or rights requests, email contact@buzzofstars.com. This policy describes the current website configuration; no separate legal company name, postal address, or telephone number is represented here.
2. Information processed
When you visit, technical information can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, access times, and security-related signals. The website uses WordPress on DigitalOcean infrastructure, with Cloudflare providing DNS, HTTPS proxying, security, and email routing. These providers process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, message, and article links. Messages to our domain are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to the publisher’s email inbox. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
3. Cookies and analytics
WordPress uses authentication cookies for editorial users who sign in. Cloudflare may use security-related cookies or other technical mechanisms to detect abuse and maintain the service. This site does not offer public account registration, a newsletter form, or public comments in its initial configuration.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare enables on its network, to measure aggregate page views, referrers, browser and device type, country, and page performance. According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect these metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Learn more about Cloudflare Web Analytics. No other analytics service, such as Google Analytics, is used. If additional analytics is added, this policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated before activation.
4. Advertising, Google, and advertising cookies
Advertising is currently disabled: no Google AdSense, MGID, or video-ad network code is active. The theme contains configurable advertising positions for possible future use.
When advertising services are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalized Google advertising in Google Ads Settings. Other vendors’ choices may be available at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
5. Other advertising networks
MGID and other native, video, or advertising networks are not currently enabled. Before a network is activated, its identity, data practices, privacy-policy link, and applicable consent requirements must be added here. Empty settings do not load advertising code.
6. EEA/UK consent and data rights
Where required, non-essential advertising or analytics technologies must not be activated before the necessary consent. Before serving relevant Google advertising to users in the EEA or UK, the publisher must configure an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform and provide the choices required by applicable policy and law. No claim is made that an advertising CMP is currently running while advertising is disabled.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also contact your relevant data-protection authority. Send requests to contact@buzzofstars.com; we may need proportionate information to verify a request.
7. United States privacy choices
Depending on your state and applicable CCPA/CPRA or other law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete information and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Advertising-related sharing is not enabled in the current configuration. You can submit a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request or another privacy request through our contact address.
8. Children
This publication is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 in the European Union. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through a contact message, email us so we can review it.
9. Retention and security
On this server, Nginx access and error logs are rotated daily, with 14 rotated log files retained. DigitalOcean’s configured weekly system-backup policy retains backups for 28 days; information removed from the live server may remain in a backup until that retention window expires. Service providers can have their own operational retention practices.
Editorial account data is retained while accounts are required and until the publisher removes it. Contact messages are retained for handling an enquiry, necessary follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping obligations; this website does not configure automatic deletion in the publisher’s email inbox. Contact us about a specific retention or deletion request.
We use HTTPS, access controls, and hosting-security measures, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Service providers and external websites
Relevant provider information is available from Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, and Google where their services process information. Articles may link to independent websites with their own policies. Images and embedded media may involve additional providers when specifically included in an article; those uses should be described with appropriate context.
11. Changes and contact
This policy may be revised when the website, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above records the latest page update. For questions or requests, contact contact@buzzofstars.com.
